How to increase the income earned from hired drivers? I currently have two drivers, both around level 2 and they earn between £500-£2500 for each job they complete, I'm wondering how I can go about increasing the profit they get in order to earn money faster? Thanks. So maybe dont go too crazy with hiring a lot of drivers and becoming rich. My suggestion would be to have somewhere around 3-5 drivers for a decent extra income on top of your own jobs. But if you head towards 10-20 or even more hired drivers, it kinda ruined a big part of the game for myself. Choice is yours. There was an economy over-haul with 1.32 that caused employees to earn a negative amount on jobs that were in progress when the update occurred. Trailers are not really worth it in that early stage of the game, as the amount of extra money they might make is marginal and it will take a looong time to pay off, if it ever does.
